RELISTED DUE TO A NON PAYING BIDDER!!!!!! ATTENTION TO ALL NY BIDDERS: Due to the fact these vehicles are being sold by NY State Dealer Facility #7075888, and the 2008 Prius is unable to pass a Safety/Emission inspection at this time (due to the accident damage), I am forced to sell it as salvage only to bidders that will title this vehicle in NY State. Bidders that will title this vehicle outside NY state will get a clean title. NY bidders may contact me for a solution to obtaining a clean title. I AM LOSING ALMOST $3000 AT THE STARTING BID!!! I have the receipts to prove it! If they do not sell this time, I will just send them to the bodyshop to get the 08 fixed. AT THIS PRICE I'M GIVING THEM AWAY!!!!!!! Up for sale are 2 Prius vehicles. One is a 2008 with a clean title that sustained accident damage in the front. I purchased this vehicle that is a running vehicle (it started and it ran, but did not drive with the flat tires on it). The car has only 66,076 miles on it. Unfortunately the vehicle was a marked fleet vehicle (NY City Sanitation), that was decommissioned by a butcher! The stripes were ground off in some areas. I decided to purchase a parts vehicle to fix the 2008. I also purchased the 2005 Prius also listed in the auction. It has a salvage title, and came with no keys, It was a flood car. I planned on using the body parts to repair the 2008, then parting out the 2005 (hybrid battery, inverter, transmission, engine which looks like no water entered, interior, wheels, etc). Well, I unfortunately do not have the time to do this. Also, the 08 front windshield is broken (badly cracked), due to a tree branch striking it. The windshield on the 05 is good and will fit the 08. The tires on the 08 are no good, but the tires on the 05 are. I have been putting it off for a while now. I need to sell both vehicles to make room for more. Now, with the vehicles being left on the side, I lost the keys for the 2008. Therefore, both cars come with no keys. For those that may be interested, I also have a 2003 Prius with 56k miles that has a hybrid battery code, and a 2002 Prius parts car (flood salvage). The 02 is almost totally complete except for a missing A/C compressor, and I removed the MG2 stator for another vehicle. The 03 is white, and the 02 is light blue. Both have gray interiors.
