This is a Southern car with minor surface rust underneath on frame but NO Rust Out. Floor pans and quarters are good as well as cross members and other components underneath. I have driven this car more that 30 miles down the interstate at speeds up to 70 miles per with no issues or concerns!! This car is a driver not a project car!!!!
