1966 Volkswagen VW Beetle This rust free car is a ball to drive. This 1966 VW Beetle has been treated to many performance upgrades while maintaining a stock appearance. It is totally reliable and a lot of fun. You will enjoy every minute behind the wheel. There are stone chips on the front and some minor scratches such as the one on the driver’s side rear fender as shown in the photos. The only mechanical problem is that the car will pop out of first gear when letting off the accelerator. I get around that by holding the shifter and up shifting into second, no problem. I left room on the starting bid if you need it repaired. Steering, brakes, and engine need nothing. Real mileage is 110,500. Speedometer reads 8,858. The interior is clean and fresh. The windows seal well and don’t whistle. The Sony sound system sounds great. You can lift the rear speaker panel out in order to store things behind the back seats. All gauges work. Full Empy gauge package, fuel, oil presure, oil temp, volt meter and tach. It is a real good car that is fun to drive. I MAY CONSIDER INTERESTING TRADE INS.
