Up for bids is an all original 1950 B-2-PW Dodge Power Wagon. This Power Wagon spent most its life in the Seattle Washington area and was brought back here to Nebraska in 1981. Its been stored over the passed 6 years or so inside but lost storage so it has set out this past year. The engine is free and was in running condition when it was parked around 7 years ago. I do not have keys for the truck but the former owner is looking for them. According to the VIN number this Power Wagon was built in the Detroit, Michigan plant. The miles show 13,365 which look to be actual. The tires have great tread but are old and weather checked, they all hold air fine. Rolls easy, has the factory winch and looks to have had a gin pole setup on the front as well or maybe some kind of snow plow mounts who knows. No major rust, any rust it does have can be repaired not replaced. These trucks are hard to find in this original condition especially with the original pickup style box. The original spare tire & mount are still present. The bottom seat is in the box of the truck but its mostly just the springs and will need redone. The wood in the bed will also need replace as they all do after almost 65 years of service. All the glass will need replaced but the back glass is good. The doors open and shut fine as does the hood. I was going to get it running but until I get some keys or replace the switch it will be sold as a non-runner. I'm sure it will run as most of these old trucks are easy to tinker with and get going again. There were only 4,893 B-20-PW Power Wagons built in 1950 so there are very few left as most of them got worked to death in the early years. Not many had an easier life like this one.
