I have a 1995 Honda CR500 complete rolling chassis that the previous owner installed a mid 90's Suzuki RM125 Engine in it after his 500 engine broke. The bike would make a awesome restoration project for some one that can afford to install another CR500 engine in the chassis. The bike does run and drive as is with the 125 engine in it. The Suzuki engine runs decent and does shift through all the gears. The bike has a good FMF Fatty Rev pipe on it and FMF shorty silencer. The suspension needs to have the fork seals replaced and the shock needs a new oil seal and rebuild, but the forks are straight and shock moves through the stroke as it should. Plastic on the bike is OK, but does have a lot of scratches and some small cracks. The rear tire is worn out, but I have a take off tire that is decent that could go with the bike. Plastic on the bike is OK, but does have a lot of scratches. The rear fender had a large crack at the mounts, so I just ordered a brand new rear fender that will be included with the bike. The rear tire is worn out, but I have a take off tire that is decent that could go with the bike. The bike as is would make a decent trail bike, but if you want to race Motorcross on it then you will want to get the suspension done and go over the engine.
