This is my personal 1985 Corvette that has been my daily driver for the last year. Due to the expected harsh winter coming up I am selling this car to get something a little more winter friendly. I have done a lot of things to this car since I have gotten it, here is a list of items: New rear bearing New injectors New oil sealsNew mufflersNew starterNew alternatorAir pump bypass pulleyNew water pump R134a AC conversion, AC works New paint New carpet New upholstery New Corvette floor mats HD radio and speakers There are probably more things that I just can't remember, changed all the spark plugs when I did the oil seals (about three months ago) and put all new spark plug wires and cap when I got it about a year ago. I had bought two new rear bearing but only replaced the bad one on the drivers side, I have the other one that I will let go with the car, just never put it on. The odometer has 73,658 (which will change as I am driving this daily) but this is not the original cluster so I cannot guarantee the mileage. The car does not smoke or burn oil, does drip a little but not bad enough to worry about. The only thing the car needs right now are new shocks, not bad but it is something I wanted to change and just haven't done it yet. Also there is one small crack in the corner of the clear targa top. The AC conversion worked great and it blows cold. After replacing the injectors ($280) the car mileage went up to 23 mpg. This is everyday driving (city/highway), not sure how well it would do on a trip but I am sure it would exceed 25mpg, it is very fuel efficient. This is a great looking car, it is nearly 30 years old so it does have the usual wear and tear, but overall, as seen in the photos, it is very nice looking. You can drive it home, willing to pick anyone up at a bus terminal or airport, or meet you at the airport/bus and you can drive it home from there. I have a clear title in my name. I love this car and have over $6,000 in it. My starting bid is much lower than what I have in it, need to get at least that much out but hopefully much more!
