We purchased this vehicle from a bank as a repossession and it is in need of front body repair. At some point before it was repossessed this vehicle was involved in a collision causing damage to the front of the vehicle. The vehicle still runs and drives however damage was caused to the following areas..... front bumper cover, front bumper reinforcement, hood, head lights, core support, radiator, A/C condenser, drivers air bag ONLY, and there is about a 4 inch dent and paint chips on the right front fender. Basically everything from the radiator forward has some type of damage. No other areas or panels are damaged on the car and it still runs and drives. However it does have a transmission cooling line leaking so we would not recommend driving it any distance. It appears to have been a low speed collision and it would be safe to say this this vehicle ran into the rear of another vehicle because the other vehicles hitch ball appears to have caused most of the damage. The inner fenders, strut towers, steering components, suspension, etc.... are all in good condition with no damage. Even the front fenders are okay. As before stated the right fender has only light damage and the left fender only has minor paint chips. This vehicle is also being sold with a CLEAN and CLEAR TITLE. With a little work this will make someone a good car. The Chevrolet Cobalt 2 door is a sporty, highly desirable, and fuel efficient vehicle. If you have the body repair ability or a friend that does this could make you a inexpensive sporty vehicle or a nice profit.
