Selling because I have way too many toys.that is it. BEST car I have ever owned. I have 5 other cars, so I have to get rid of a few. Please take the time to read what I have written..This is NOT your average Honda Element for sale. As you continue your quest to find a Honda Element, let me save you some grief. I went through the same experience you may be going through right now. I was looking for the best. I soon learned that Honda Elements are the MOST desirable Honda SUV to own. Each month they keep going UP in value due to the dedicated following, and desire for these cars. Why?....there is no other car that exists like this...and they are getting harder and harder to find. This rig has no carpet, all rubber floors with a DRAIN PLUG to wash it out. Seats 5, or flip up the seats or remove them and you have a cargo van that will haul it all. And you can't hurt this thing. Everything is RUBBER. I cannot believe they discontinued this rig. The new Honda Pilot is almost $40,000 so it is no wonder that the Honda Element (Which is more functional) in Mint condition has skyrocketed in value. This is the most functional vehicle I have ever owned. Well, when looking for a Honda Element, you will end up in 2 categories. The ones that have too many miles, wrong colors, 2 Wheel Drive, Manual Transmission (Nobody Wants) or Salvaged, or the ones that are the "Premium" that are near mint or better than factory new as this one is. There really is no in between. And my god, stay away from "Salvage" or "Rebuilt" or "Flood" titles. It will look like a good deal, but you will NEVER be able to resell it. It took me nearly 9 months to find this one and I am saddened that I must offer it to you.When looking for a Honda Element, the first thing that is hard to find is the right color combo. Maroon exterior with Grey interior is very RARE. I found so many Elements with the beige/tan interior and I hated it as do most people. . .Why? It is too light and gets dirty instantly and looks so worn, even on low mileage vehicles. And for some reason the tan/beige interior smells funny over time. So I am going to advise you this. Even if you don't consider mine. . .do not buy a Honda Element with Tan/Beige interior. It will look horrible fast, and nobody wants it if you ever decide to resell. Also. . .when looking for an element. . .stay away from the 2 wheel drive versions. The All Wheel Drive is the king. Nobody looking for a Honda Element is looking for a 2 Wheel Drive. That is one of the reasons it is called an "Element". The premise is that this thing will handle all weather. This one, which is the All Wheel Drive, is so fun in the snow, it is like a little tank. That being said. . .this is the Premium of Honda Elements. What I have to offer the right person that understands quality is the "BEST" Honda Element in the area. What you have here is the 2010 Honda Element LX AWD with more features than you will ever find anywhere else. This Honda Element is one of a kind. The standard 2010 Honda Element LX AWD comes with the features that you see in the photo. (Original Sticker) I have shot a photo of the original window sticker showing all of the standard features. Here are the features that make this one unique..#1 Factory Nerf STEP Bars added on both sides.#2 Roof Rack added#3 2" Tow Hitch added#4 Touch Screen DVD with Navigation System + Bluetooth.#5 Rear View Camera System added#6 2 additional power ports added for a total of 3 now.#7 Remote Start via remote with an Alarm System added. Start the car via remote from over ½ mile away. Also the alarm is a 2 way notification system. If somebody touches the car, you are notified on the remote.# 8 EZ GO open/lock system added. Just walk away from the car and the car locks automatically, walk back up to the car and the car senses your presence disarms the alarm and opens all doors automatically. This is a dream if your hands are full, or if you ae like me and always forget to lock my car.#9 Emergency Vehicle warning system added. What do I mean? This car has a MONSTER Horn system added to it. This is for off road use only. This system is illegal for you to use on any public street or near any public road. For off road use only. #10 The Honda Element LX does NOT come with a center console/armrest. I ordered and installed the center flip down armrest. This has been the best addition ever. When I first purchased this Element, I had no place to rest my right arm. . .I found myself reaching over with my right hand onto the passenger seat. . .to hold myself up when turning a left corner. It was horrible..but I fixed that. If you buy an LX (Luxury Edition) version. Order this part. . ..it is worth it.#11 An amazing stereo system. I made the car stereo COME ALIVE. I added a Monster Kicker Bass amplifier and 2 -12" subwoofers. I also had the system designed such that I can take out the bass system in several seconds with quick disconnects in case I need the room. The system even has a gain control up front for you to adjust the bass instantaneously as you listen. #12 The Honda Element does NOT include the rear cargo cover. . .of course I ordered it from Honda. . .and it is included to cover the cargo area.#13 I have multiple keys, and extra remotes and all documentation/owners manuals. The original Honda Element pack that came with the car when new. So that being said. . .This is a "Premium" Honda Element. It is very "Rare". I am willing to say that there is no other one like this one on the road. It has been adult owned, Non Smoker, and NO PETS. Oil changes documented, Clean Title, Clean Car Fax (I checked before I bought) no wrecks, All service done right, good tires, good brakes, ect. Some hairline scratches over the years of normal use that NOBODY would ever have an issue with. But I know how picky some people can be. . . The car is 4 years old. . .and as you walk around it, it looks amazing. What really sucks is the weather...I have been waiting for sunshine...LOL. So the photos I took today are in the great Oregon weather.When making an investment in a vehicle like this, it can be very wise to choose one that is higher quality and pay a little more up front to avoid grief down the road.
