1981 Chevy Floater Dump TruckTHIS ITEM IS BACK UP FOR AUCTION BECAUSE OF IRRESPONSIBLE EBAYERS!! THE GUY BIDS ON IT BUT DOESN'T PAY FOR IT! REALLY?? NON-PAYERS....STOP WASTING OUR TIME!!! IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD IT, DON'T BID! IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO PAY, DON'T BID! IF YOU ARE A SCAMMER....MOVE ALONG NOW! Welcome! Up for bid is our Chevy Floater Dump Truck!! This is a NO RESERVE auction however item is also for sale locally and we reserve the right to end the auction early. This truck was built and designed to haul up to 12 yards of material on off road terrain and wet areas where standard dump trucks would dare not travel. It has a 350 chevy engine with newer Edelbrock aluminum intake and four barrel carb with automatic choke. Truck starts easy, runs and sounds great! Strong combination with the 8 spd. manual transmission with new high torque clutch. This bed was custom fabricated less than two years ago. The single cylinder hoist lifts material with ease and superior speed control. Both the control valve and splitter valves are brand new and we installed a new hydraulic tank and hoses on just last year. There are no leaks whatsoever and it is ready for service! This truck has been a local icon and has been in the local parade the last five years. Kids (of all ages) go crazy over the 66 inch tall rear tires. The tires are approximately 95% tread and new rim seals (no leaks). Front tires are newer than the rear tires but the tread wear on all are approx. the same. I do have another spare tire (front) that is a bit less than approx. 50% that can go with the truck. The truck has power steering, power brakes, dual exhaust, heat, all glass is new. The paint is a bit faded but it still looks nice for an off-road truck and being a 1981. The interior is in good shape. The dash did develop a crack in it from this last cold winter. But all in all, the truck is clean, the seats are in good shape and it has been well taken care of. The truck drives and operates easy. My 15 year daughter drives it around the farm with her friends....in the back... The truck has the "Big Wheel" conversion lift kit and suspension upgrades, brake lines, steering linkage, front axle linkage, rear leaf springs, front leaf springs, etc.Truck is also for sale locally and we reserve the right to end auction early.Payment: wire transfer Shipping: Buyer responsible for shipping arrangements - Please note that this is a Wide Load for transport. Width is approximately 11 feet.Vehicle sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied.
