While this Barrracuda doesn't have a Hemi or a 440 Six-Pack, it can be yours for a fraction of the price, and you can drive it every day! I bought this Barracuda on eBay about four years ago. I bought it from an old lady in Michigan. Her late husband had owned it for over 20 years, and had been collecting parts to build a "Hemi Clone" someday. Unfortunately, he didn't live to complete his project, but thanks to his efforts and maintenance on the car, this Barracuda lives on to dream another day. Although I love this car and I love driving it, I need to make room so this one has to go. As you can see from the photos, this car has dings, dents and rust. The lower part of the rear body, rear tail panel and roof show signs of rust issues. But the frame rails and cross members are clean and solid. The interior appears mostly original except for the radio (an AM/FM model) and the seat covers (wrong for a base Barracuda). But the dash, steering wheel, door panels, console and rear seat look pretty good for the age. Click here to view all 250 photos. The real value of this car is that you can drive it every day. As mentioned, I've had the car for about four years. In that time, I've changed the oil, installed a mechanical oil pressure gauge, and installed a new battery. That's it, and it gets driven almost every day. We've been using this as our shop car for the last four years and have never had a problem. I take it to cruise nights, car shows and other events. I've even driven it on a 200-mile interstate highway cruise. Even though it's a little rough, it gets a lot of attention and appreciation. This car can be driven every day, and I wouldn't hesitate to hop in it and drive across the country right now. It really is that dependable. If you're local or seriously interested, come drive this car and you will understand what I mean. The dash VIN, fender tag, engine VIN, transmission VIN, radiator support VIN and cowl VIN all match. The only confirmed non-original parts are the seat covers, radio, wheels and passenger side fender (replaced with another original fender at some point). It even has the original spare, jack and lug wrench in the trunk. The original fender tag is still mounted under the hood in the stock location. Click here to view all 250 photos.
