Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 Ground up build. Troy Ermish built a very powerful and reliable 1600cc engine, dyno sheet available 158.28 HP w/160.54 torque , ermish cam w/cam oiler and head work, remote oil filter , 44mm mikuni solex carbs jetted and tuned by Ermish, high flow intake, electronic distributor, ITG filter, silicone hoses, Champion aluminum radiator, 280ZX close ratio 5 speed & clutch, lightened flywheel, new drive shaft, 411 LSD rear gear. Ermish coil overs, sway bars, 280ZX front brakes with slotted & drilled rotors , Maxima rear discs w/ slotted & drilled rotors, ( brakes are amazing ), Ermish relocated master cyl and reservoir, all braided stainless flex lines, Troy Ermish cleanly fabricated a 12 gallon ATL fuel cell w/ foam and dash gauge and hooked filler to stock location ! added a Carter elect fuel pump and stainless lines w/ inline filter, regulator , pressure gauge to carbs. Ermish fabricated battery mount for trunk installation w/ Blue top Optima battery and battery tender port. Ermish full length coated headers, 2 1/2" coated exhaust system turbo type muffler. Honda buckets w/ 5 point G force pro series 3" Belts, Honda center console , 3" bolt down roll bar w/ padding , new carpet, new headliner, new weather striping throughout car 240 Z steering wheel, Factory tach. new heater core and cables, working stock radio, new 15" VTO wheels and new Kumho Tires, Front, 195-50-R15, Rear 205-50-R15. Hardened studs and nuts. Painted Toyota FJ cruiser "voodoo Blue" Fiberglass front spoiler, front fenders and rear flares powder coated bumpers, grill , tail light bezels and license plate frame. Speedo needs recalibrating and horn does not work . Xtra parts and spares included.
