1960 Nash Metropolitan, single family owned since new. The family has finally decided to part with their fathers Nash, who passed away 10 years ago. It was put into dry cement floor garage storage approximately 5 years before he passed where it has sat until now. The car was running when parked 15 years ago and the engine turns very freely now. No attempt has been made to start the car. This is a very original unrestored Nash, less an obvious repaint, which is showing its age. Interior appears to be completely original and complete and much should be serviceable with some cleaning. I did not find any rust or signs of rust repair on any of the exterior body panels. Rockers appear to have had some work. The doors also sag from rust at the hinge mounts and the driver fender has a minor crease easily repairable. Trunk looks remarkably clean as does the engine bay. Floor is flakey and thin. This Nash would make what appears to be an easy restoration candidate. Spare tire and left front hub cap will be included.
