It is a 1951 with a 3 cylinder diesel engine made by GM diesel before they called it Detroit Diesel. The engine is a 3-53 non turbo, but it does have a blower. The story was that it was dealer installed back in the 50's. It is the industrial version. Behind it is a 4 speed transmission and then behind that is a 2 speed hi/lo. The truck does not go much more than 30-35 mph. It does drive and stop. The engine could use a governor adjustment to allow the engine to rev higher, currently it is getting to about 1800 pushing the pedal hard. Body has a few dents like above on the corner of the cab on the driver side and on the bottom of the driver side door there is a dent. The running boards, bed and tailgate all have a few dents. The bed needs new wood. The floors are solid, no issues in the cab corners, the truck spent the majority of its life in eastern Oregon on a farm. It has about 4 or 5 layers of paint with the blue being the latest, and green being the original color. Plan was to strip and sand the truck down and have it painted. Seat was recovered and there are new seatbelts in it. Has good glass, just needs seals. Brake lights work and it has a tow hitch.
