Totally original 1974 Ford LTD 2 door hardtop. One previous family owned. New fuel tank and sending unit. Everything works properly except the clock. No clunks, rattles or other noises. Runs and drives perfectly. Cold R-12 A/C. Never any body or paint work. Minor paint blemishes as expected with a 40 year old car. No dents or scrapes. Painted stripes are original. The vinyl top needs to be replaced or removed as it has dried out. No other repairs needed or anticipated. Car comes with original window sticker, invoice, owner's manual and repair manual. I have too many cars. A deposit of $500.00 is due within 24 hours of auction close. Vehicle must be picked up within 7 days unless other arrangements have been made. I may be able to assist with delivery, if needed. Will assist with loading if car is the be transported. I will refund your deposit if I have grossly misrepresented the vehicle. If you are not pleased with the car for any reason, we can mutually cancel the transaction. You will forfeit $250.00 of your deposit if you exercise this option. The car is for sale locally. As such, this auction may be cancelled if previously sold. You may view the car at my friend's car lot during his normal business hours if you wish. I can also meet you there to view the car at other times.On Oct-08-14 at 04:14:39 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot to include pictures of the vinyl top. As you can see, it's not pretty but it's not horrible either. There is no rust around the vinyl top nor anywhere else on the car. The car would make an excellent daily driver as it performs well and has none of the modern "bells and whistles" to cause future problems. And, as a 1974 model, it is the last year before catalytic converters.
