BUY IT NOW FOR $4000.00 Which I know is a little high for this vehicle. I am not going to give the Jeep away but would like to get a fair price based on NADA/KellyBB for Good Condition/Private Sale which ranges from $3100-$3600. I will take steering box replacement & new tires into account when reviewing offers. CLEAN & CLEAR TITLE IN HAND. READY TO ACCEPT A REASONABLE OFFER. Very Clean JEEP CHEROKEE SPORT 4x4. Lots of easy commuter miles and as my daily driver for years. Reliable transportation runs and drives good (like a Jeep should). Never been in an accident or to a body shop. Current Virginia Emissions & Safety Inspection. Body and Frame are good and straight. I have never had the Jeep off road! Little if any rust. Regularly serviced. Has typical age related wear & tear. Paint is in good not great condition but still shines. There are minor nicks, chips, scratches in the paint but the Jeep is still a good looking vehicle. Minor dents here and there from door strikes etc. (PLEASE SEE PICTURES). This Jeep looks good and compared to others its age it is above average. THIS JEEP WILL NOT DISAPPOINT! Mostly Stock Vehicle. I have owned this vehicle since 100k mile +/- and purchased it from my Navy Pilot neighbor who also used it as a commuter from NOVA to the Pentagon. This Jeep has had any easy life and has more to give. I WILL BE SAD TO SEE HER GO! NOT MY IDEA TO SELL IT EITHER!!! THE WIFE HAS ME BY THE...and we need the parking. (Note to Wife, I told you I would bash you in this listing xoxo). Will also be including a service manual. Interior:Replaced headliner this year but did not recover sun visors. Will give salvage material from headliner install for visors if you ever want to cover them in matching material. Small hole in driver seat repaired (I think you can see it in the pictures).Typical wear & tear for a vehicle with 200k+ miles but still above average. Completely detailed and upholstery/carpet steamed cleaned for sale. CLEAN! Carpet shows some wear mainly in the driver seat. Overall interior is pretty nice. New floor mats. Exterior:Paint in good condition. Paint chips, nicks, dings in typical places. Little if any rust. PLEASE SEE PICTURES. Still shines. Hood has a little paint flaking & checking from age but still looks good. Front end bumper/grill have stone ships from highway driving. Rear Bumper paint is chipped from use. Minor door dings/dents. Over all this JEEP looks pretty good going down the road. Tires have about 10K left on them. Missing front right wheel center cap. Wheels are nice. Plastic trim is a little faded but looks good with Armor All. Windshield was replaced a few years about but the construction on I95 has left it a little marked up with VERY SMALL rock strikes but no cracks and passed inspection. Jeep Cherokee windshields are almost vertical and this kind of wear is typical. Scratch on right rear plastic fender flare from a parking garage. Fog lights need new lamps. Mechanical:Lots of miles but still lots of life left in this Jeep. Doesn't burn any oil but leaks a little (what jeep doesn't). Usually add 1/2 QT oil every 2000-3000 miles. Transmission & transfer case are good and never had any problems with either. All fluid changed on regular schedule. Fresh oil change, brake fluid flush and radiator flush. Drives like a Jeep. Starts right up. Broke plastic fan shield recently and will include with the sale so you can put it back on if I don't. The following items were replaced within the last 12 months:Front and Rear Shocks. (Coil over in rear)Front Brake Calipers, rotors & pads.Muffler & TailpipePlugs/Rotor/CapMost of the front end bushings were also replace at the time the shocks were done.Alignment. Replaced in the last 2 years:AC Compressor (Nice Cold Air)Water pump (Flushed radiator last month as well)StarterAlternatorBatteryFuel FilterAir FilterLift Gate Actuators What it needs:Tires are sound but have about 10k miles left on them. There is a little play in the steering box. Mechanic says the play is from the Steering wheel to the steering box and not the front suspension or ball joints etc. Recommends new steering box bearing or replacement steering box in the future but still passed inspection. The steering box is about $100 new and a couple hours of labor. I will be firmer on the sale price if I replace the steering box before the sale but have no plans on doing so.Has power door looks with remote. Drivers door & left rear power door locks work intermittently and probably the lock actuator but all locks work manually. All Power Windows work from drivers control but the window lock button is intermittent and passenger controls sometimes works. Never really bothered me.
