This truck will make someone a very good vehicle however it is in need of transfer case repair. We purchased this truck from a leasing company and this is exactly how the truck was turned in off of the lease. For reasons unbeknown to us the transfer case has came apart. When we say apart we mean exploded! We do not know the exact cause, often times it is the from u-joint that sticks causing the issue however that is simply an asumption and we have not had it professionally diagnosed. When the case came apart the chain spun around damaging the transmission pan and denting the underside floor board. We have noway of knowing if the transmission was damaged there for we must sell this truck to be in need of driveline repair. However, it does start and run well. With all of this being said the bottom side of the vehicle is clean. No signs of heavy off road use. Once this vehicle is repaired it will be a highly desirable and valuable truck. Kelly Blue Book Retail is over $17,700. Regardless of that we have set our reserve very low. If you have the mechaical ability or a friend that does this could make someone an inexpensive Ram 2500 4x4 or a nice profit. CONDITION: EXTERIOR: This is a work truck. It has chips, dings, and scratches however nothing serious. The only damage that would be considers more serious is...... Something was dropped on the tailgate causing heavy damage. The tailgate will not close and more than likely will need replaced. There is a bout a 6 inch dent on the right bedside which could easily be pushed out. The right tail light is broken, and there is about a 1 inch scratch on the right cab corner (all seen in pictures). All before mention items are easy repairs and will be fairly inexpensive. INTERIOR: Needs cleaned but should clean up well. The drives seat shows heavy use. DRIVE TRAIN: Starts and runs well. The transfer case has came apart.
