1950 Plymouth Suburban Retro-Mod. This is a nice daily driver, it was put together about 4 years ago, for my Grandson. It drives and handles like the 87 3.9 V6 Dakota donor truck that is the chassis, has power front disc brakes and power steering. The car has a new fuel tank and new gauges. The tank is located under the rear wagon floor, where the spare tire was located on the suburban. The floor from the back seat forward has been raised about 2 inches so that it set on the frame mounts properly. The drivers door window and the passenger door window have small cracks. The doors need new window channel, lack of channel, and slamming the doors cracked the windows. The car has a good paint job but is not show quality. The hood has been repaired and shows it if you look at it close, it should be replace, the springs and hatches are good. The car comes with stainless rocker covers that are not on the pictures shown. My Grand son has purchased a 55 Packard he is restoring, and has lost interest in the Plymouth. This will make some kid a great starter school car, gets good gas millage, and is safe to drive. Reserve is way under the investment.
