2004 Yukon XL The most reliable truck I've had in 30+ years. I change oil every 2,500-4,000 miles and still burns no oil and the oil is clean! Runs very well. This was my personal company truck and I drive it around 150 miles a day. It has been driven all over the US by me and has never let me down. I just put 2 new rear michelins on last month, the front michelins still have a little life remaining. The truck does have bumps and bruises on it - in and out this is the reason I call it a work truck - due to the 8' rear section you can load virtually anything and nobody can steal it like a pickup!Regarding updates on the truck - I have changed the alternator, power steering pump, drive belt and secondary transmission cooler- all in the last year and that's about it. A/C will freeze you out! I take great mechanical care of my daily vehicles due to my line of work and the need for them to stay reliable.
