Selling a 1969 Cougar Convertible. Originally a MIAMI dealership car, this cars body and underside have been well maintained. Been off road for several years, this Cougar will need only basic maintenance to get back on the road. Only minimal rust areas throughout with a very solid underside. LOTS of good factory features including: -Factory Whisperaire Air Conditioning -Factory power top with Glass Backlite -Original 351 Windsor -Power Steering -Grant racing steering wheel Car has had its interior changed out and the exterior was also changed from Medium Emerald, to a Candy Apple Red .. A few XR7 touches added. Top needs replacing and a a few dings and bends in one of the quarters, but body, underside, rockers, this is a solid car. Doors may need the hinges adjusted since its been sitting for quite some time. Needs brake work, and probably newer tires. We fired up the engine and it started first time. Recommend cleaning out the gas tank also. We were starting to do that.
