The bike is a true survivor. It has always been stored indoors and shows no signs of sun fading, especially on the instruments. The bike starts and runs perfectly and has always been well maintained and serviced with Honda oil and filters. The cadmium and chrome hardware on the bike is exceptional. The seat is as new. The original windscreen is excellent and, as the photos indicate, the cleaning decal is still in place. The bike is complete and has had no restoration work done. The tires show very little wear but were replaced a few years ago. The battery is new. This bike has always lived in a garage in the Portland, Ore. area and has no damage due to salt or corrosion. This is a very honest, original bike with very little wear. It has fallen over while being moved around but has never seen hard use. The motorcycle runs and rides beautifully. It's truly an exceptional example of the CX500 Turbo, which was only produced for one year. The motorcycle comes with all of the original paperwork including title, invoice and service records, from new; original tools, manual and both original keys, which is rare.
