I've decided to go ahead and sell my toy, I really don't want to but we can't justify keeping it anymore. The car gets driven about once a week (if that) since it's a two-seater, I bought it on impulse and didn't really think about that part - it just doesn't work for our family. A/C works (blows nice and cold), no service engine lights, no foul noises or anything, just a nice overall used C5. Transmission shifts nice and firm, no slipping or misses. The car is obviously white so it hides scratches really well, it does have the typical scratches on it, but you can't see them unless you know they are there. Once of the previous owners had filled in the gaps around the front pop-out license plate recess (personally I think they should have left it alone), it looks fine I guess but there are some paint chips around the area. I've replaced the following items since I bought in the spring: Replaced the junk stock wagon-wheels with Z06 Corvette chrome wheels (wrapped in Firestone Wide-Oval rubber). I kept the TPMS sensors from the old wheels but never had them installed on the replacement wheelsReplaced the battery with a new GSM (full 48-month non-prorated replacement warranty)Replaced brake pads all the way aroundReplaced the worn seats with new two-tone seats with custom logosReplaced oil pressure sensorReplaced all the PCV lines & PCV valveReplaced the junk air box with a new SLP Blackhawk (original air box comes with the car)Replaced both belts with Goodyear Gators (no more squeaks!)Replaced both belt tensioners (upper & lower)Replaced ignition switch (these cars are known to have problems with the VATS anti-theft system)Any broken or worn plastic inside the car has been replaced (I haven't replaced the leather shift boot yet, that was on my list)New hood struts (after the hood came down on my head)I require a small deposit of $500.00 to be paid via Paypal within 24 hours of purchase, no exceptions unless discussed and approved first. I do not accept Paypal, credit cards, credit terms, or IOU's for full payment. Final payment must be cash, Certified bank check, or bank wire ACH. If you're going to pay with a Certified bank check I need the bank information prior to pick-up so I can call and verify authenticity. Car is being sold AS-IS; there are no warranties or guarantees expressed, implied, or otherwise. This is a private party sale which means if you buy it, you own it - there are no refunds, partial refunds, reimbursements or whatever else a scammer can think of. Please make sure you can pay the amount you offer - this means checking with your wife, girlfriend, boyfriend, mom, dad, your brother-in-law's cousin who knows everything about everything - whomever - do it first.
