Awesome truck at great price....Please Read Entire Ad! This Truck Needs NOTHING. . . Its in great condition for a work truck....It has No check engine or warning lights or messages. Its not all beat up like most trucks like this would be, I make sure to keep all my vehicles in tip top shape.(cosmetically an mechanically).Everything works the way it should.. This is a MONEY MAKING TRUCK....its very rare to find a F550 thats 4wd.....it would make a great Pipeline Welding Rig, Landscape, Service, Farm or Hotshot Truck, or take the bed off an put a dump bed on it. It has a REMOVEABLE Gooseneck ball an also heavy duty tow hitch on it... Tires are in excellent condition....(front tires are about 80% back tires about 50%....) Ive owned alot Heavy Duty Dually Trucks over the years....(gas an diesel)..These V10 gas engines dont get as good of gas mileage driving empty as a diesel does, however towing they get pretty close......BUT since gas is alot less expensive than Diesel..(they are cheaper to fill up at the pump than a diesel truck..) as far as power......they are just as strong (if not more) you definitely wont complain about it not being powerful.. and another thing to keep in mind is maintenance on these are alot less than they are on diesel trucks..an if they break down its alot easier to find someone qualified to work on it... The engine AND transmission was replaced this year (at the same time) out of a wrecked salvage truck with 72,000 miles on it...(its had about 5,000 put on it since...so truck now has 77,000 miles.... (The odometer on the truck shows 298,000miles) When the engine finally gave out on it,(which is was about time for it too) the orginal tranmission was still working but i figured it wouldnt be to long before it went out as well....( so i replaced both since i had both and it was in the shop...) The truck drives perfect..the front end has been redone and is nice an tight, brakes were redone this winter...it has no random dash lights on... the AC works great an is very cold...it just got a brand new fuel pump and filter about 2 weeks ago.. It is paid for and I have the clean, clear title in my possession. I'm Only selling it bc I have too! We have a big balloon pmt coming due soon and we have decided to pay off the house instead of refinancing it,. . .So we NEED the money and I'm selling everything extra that I can possible do without for the moment. You WILL NOT find a better/nicer truck for the price. I hate selling things and dealing with tirekickers or timewasters...
