Vehicle Detail

Up for sale is a 1970 Dodge Charger. This car was originally a 318 car from Roswell,NM. I believe it was then sold to someone in Florida and then to the previous owner in Virginia before I purchased it in Mississippi back in 2007. When I purchased the vehicle it is pretty much like it looks now. I have only switched the alternator to a 1 wire alternator and rebuilt the transmission. One of the previous owners put in a 440 engine and 727 automatic transmission which I think is out of a 72 model but I am unsure. I believe this vehicle would not take a lot of money to fix up but would take a lot of time which I currently do not have. The wiring needs to be gone through as the headlights and tail lights can cut in and out sometimes but I have been fixing it by adjusting the glass fuses that controls them. The brakes are all drum brakes with no vacuum booster which i would suggest upgrading too, as of right now it stops but you have to pump the brakes a few times. It currently has straight pipes on the vehicle and it is pretty loud. The headlight doors are held up by zip ties at the moment because the motor isn't working. There is alot of rust around the rear wheel well fenders and inside the trunk and around the back glass. I believe one of the previous owners must have put liquid nails or something around the rear window. some of the trim is missing around the back glass and the tail lights. The car runs and drives great right now, but usually when starting it after a day of rest I usually have to spray starter fluid of put gas in the carb to get it to start. I have heard that sometimes the fuel pumps sometimes lose pressure and return the fuel to the tank after it sits awhile. I just put newer used tires on it. They are the stock 14 inch rims right now. The only gauge that really works up front is the fuel gauge. I only have one seat for up front which is in there mounted for the driver. No passenger seat, but the rear seat is still there. The only dent in the car is the rear drivers side bumper. I am trying to give as much detail as possible for this car which is things that need to be fixed along the way. The car right now is painted white with gray primer in spots. You will be responsible for shipping and I can help out as much as I can, I am available after 6pm during the week and on the weekends. I will require a $500 deposit within the first 3 days, and then the rest by the time of pickup. I can keep it here for a few weeks until you are able to come and get it. I have a clean Mississippi Title in my hand. I am located in Round Rock,TX. I would suggest having this car towed.
