Original Sebring Silver Corvette ....which was a RARE special order one year only color in 1963. It as well comes with the Convertible Soft Top AS WELL AS the optional Factory Hard Top!! 2 TOP Corvette! Accompanying this Corvette is a correctly produced and (photos included of all the documentation) authentic appearing "Owners Protection Plan" Manual, Dealers Invoice, letter from Chevrolet Motor Division and a crest which was sent to the new owner, Plastic Corvette Owners Card and the Corvette Order form which itemizes all the options and RPO codes and it being a very RARE L84 327/360HP Corvette (1 of 2,610). Sold by Norton Chevrolet in Philadelphia, PA on July 25, 1963 to Paul Weyton. For the most part it has correct hoses and clamps and all the original minor bits and pieces in the engine compartment! 80lb Oil Pressure Gauge 6500-7000 RPM Red Line Tach Glass is all Original to the car including the front windshield and in perfect shape. Additional Specifications The Exterior Paint is very presentable, not brand new or show quality of course, but extremely respectable with a nice shine and only a few nicks. The Doors, Hood and Headlight Bucket gaps all have an excellent fit. The Exterior Chrome, Stainless and Emblems all have a very nice finish. The bumpers have been re-chromed we think but otherwise the Exterior trim is all original and very nice. The Soft Top was replaced in 1985 and is still in very nice condition...the plastic rear window is a bit scratched and opaque but still presentable. The Hardtop was restored and looks great!.....the rear glass panel in it has some checking.... but very minor. The Electric Headlight buckets go up and down effortlessly and the fit and gaps also line up nicely. The Headlight Bucket fit is usually a dead giveaway on cars which have had collision damage to the front nose as the fiberglass would shatter and the bucket would never have a factory fit. The Corvette has a nice stance on period correct knock off wheels and whitewalls. The Interior is mostly original with the exception of the bucket seats which are replacement material. The Center Console is Original and respectable, the door panels are Original. The Dash Pads are in very nice shape. The back storage area is very nice....carpet is very presentable....the jack storage area does not have a jack or lead hammer. The Carpet was redyed but appears original from the way the heel support is sewn in as they were from factory. It still has a set of its Original Keys with the knock outs. WOW The Gauges all work and are in original and unrestored condition. The Original Radio does not operate as well as the clock...both are easy to resolve. The beautifully detailed Engine Compartment and chassis show pride of ownership and maintenance. It runs nice and cool, never getting over 180 degree's even in stop and go traffic when the weather is close to 100 farenheit. This 1963 was converted some time ago as many were, to a manifold and carb setup still using the original block and just recently the FI unit was reinstalled to restore it back to a correct Fuel Injected factory appearance. No costs were spared to have every tiny screw and nut correct and in its place. The 327/360 HP combination was the top dog and when you put your foot into it ...look out...it pulls like a thoroughbred wanting to go full out. It shifts effortlessly and smooth and firm. You don't even have to get close to 4000 RPM before you really are a uncomfortable with the acceleration it produces. This is a fine example of a very clean, tidy and correct Stingray and it is a pleasure to own getting thumbs up whenever its seen and then they look under the hood and WOW!
