Title in hand2012 Chevy tahoe PPV, with low miles 42k, has never been owned by a police department. Has had two private owners, me being the second as a collector. I have owned multiple police vehicles and came across this one by chance, a friend owned it prior and had it fully outfitted. It handles like a mustang and is very fast. It's rated by the factory to 140mph and is the only Chevy truck/SUV that has 140mph certified speedometer.
