here for sale is a nice complete 1966 Mustang, and original 289 v8 car, with c4 transmission. this car has been gone through by the previous owner somewhat, but needs some more work done, mostly cosmetic. The Good:complete car runs well, drives good, steers good, drive it home!Stops good, ALL gauges work which is amazing because they are all original, except the fuel gauge doesn't work. The interior is in Great shape and is all original which is also amazing given the age of the carOdometer shows about 70k miles which i believe to be correct based on the condition of the interior wear. New tires, and very nice wheels that are chrome and shine up nicepaint and body are OK look good from about 15ft awayI believe it is the original motor and transmission as well as the original auto lite carbJust put a new gasket on the accelerator pump (was leaking a little fuel)The stuff that needs attention:The car was repainted, and there is some rust bubbles on the outer fenders coming through. and lower quarter panelsthe bottom of the doors have some rustthe trunk is pretty solid, there is also some underside/frame rustthe floorboards are goodThere is a dent on the pass side looks like someone opened it and hit a pole its not majorand a dent that could probably be popped out on the drivers side rear quarter (you can see it in the picture)drivers side window needs a plastic piece to roll up properly. (a guide insert)could use a front end alignmentoverall its a nice mustang that you can restore and Drive!
