Vehicle Detail
1967 Mustang convertible that was restored quite a few years back and was never put but back on the road. The car had new floors and rockers welded into place. It looks like there was also new quarters welded in. The engine was rebuilt and had bigger chamber heads and a 4 barrel intake put on it, but I do have the original heads and intake to go with the car. There were new rear springs put on the car, I think new brake lines, and fuel lines put on the car. The interior looks to be new and the top looks new. The car has a brake booster and power steering. It also has front disc brakes from the factory like the GT models did. The car needs the panel under the rear bumper replaced but I do have a nice used panel for the car that will go with it, it just needs to be painted blue. There is also a small dent on the left rear quarter that needs to be popped out. The paint on the car is not the greatest, it looks nice from a distance. There is orange peel that could be wet sanded and buffed out, but the metallic is also not very evenly dispersed in the paint. I've had the car running over the past 6 years but have not spent much time getting it running well enough to be driven long distances. I have driven it around the block. The brake light is on, but the brakes seem to be working. I have owned the car for about 20 years and have never put much time into working out all of the little issues in order to make it road ready. I have an original CT title from 1967, but it is not in my name.I have never registered the car. I will be selling the car with a bill of sale. There are quite a few boxes with extra parts that go with the car. Look pictures over well and email with questions or if you would like more pictures. If you would like to come look at the car, that can be arranged. I will only sell to bidders located in the U.S. A $500 Paypal deposit is needed within 48 hours of the end of the auction and the remainder at or before pickup.
