Body solid except three small dings (see pictures - two on left front fender, one under rear license plate.), some limited surface rust and rear fenders have heavy rust at rear edge of wheel wells. Floor pans, foot wells, rocker panels, doors all solid. Motor turns by hand, but starter is bad. (new starter included with purchase) AMC 360 motor rebuilt with Jasper long block, less than 20K miles before parking. QuadraTrac 4X4 was rebuilt and new chain at time of motor rebuild. Has low range planetary unit installed. (spare QuadraTrac clutch unit included) Transmission (Turbohydromatic 400) was smooth and shifted great, but did have a persistent leak somewhere I was never able to locate. Built as California Vehicle and resided in central valley, purchased in CA and brought back to VA by me in 1993. rebuilt in '94, light use as secondary vehicle until '02, parked in barn under cover until a few weeks ago. Many, many spare parts included as well. Driver's seat was replaced with newer bucket seat, but original seat included in sale. Dash has no cracks and is intact. At time of parking, A/C not functional, missing evaporator hose. Cruise control, electric rear window motor and defroster worked. Deluxe aluminum wheels, tires badly cracked but will hold air for several days at a time. Headliner is sagging, but backer boards are all in place. Ignition was upgraded to '78 model solid state system, but I believe original ignition and distributor are mixed in with other parts included. Buyer is responsible for arranging and payment of transport. Instead I have the matching passenger seat to the one installed, which I will include. Bonus. I Also found a new boxed carpet set (in blue) that appears to be complete and has been dirtied up a bit by some mice, but appears intact. I will include that as well.
