Nice running 1997 Audi convertible, when first sold this "base" model had premium features. Check out the original window sticker that describes the car when new on the dealer's lot. This car runs beautifully, it has lots of power and idles very quietly. This car has lived it's entire life in the California sunshine and needs a new soft top. New battery and just out of the shop to fix a oil leak. Beautiful pearl white. Power top. Interior ok but driver seat needs tear repaired. Rare factory original wind screen!!! It really cuts down on the wind for a much more pleasurable top down ride. Good tires, Ready for summer. On Jun-27-14 at 11:53:14 PDT, seller added the following information: Comes with all original Owners Manuals!!! Drive by and take a look for yourself. The car is parked on Ocean Blvd. just west of Junipero in Long Beach, in front of Bixby Park. This car was first listed in June but went unsold. (The reserve price was not met) Since that time the stitching around the rear plastic window gave way and the rear window has collapsed into the passenger compartment. The winning bidder may want to look into the possibility of replacing just the rear window rather than the entire top as the canvas, cloth-lined top seems to be in reasonably good condition.
