Vehicle Detail
Very good condition, Non-smoking car. Only 75,100 Original miles!Runs great with plenty of power from the "Rocket 455" engine. Smooth, strong shifts. Quiet inside with a smooth, terrific ride! A real looker! No upholstery tears or wear. Electric Windows, Locks, Power Bench Seat, Cruise Control, Power Brakes, Power Steering.Brand New Tires - Hankook Optimo H724 - 70,000 mile warranty with lifetime replacement or refund from Discount Tire. Original Owner's Manual, Maintenance Schedule, and documents. Most service records. Original 1976 Sales Brochure and factory service manual, plus a Haynes Service Manual . I'm the 3rd owner and have had it 5 years and put about 2500 miles on it. I bought it in NE Ohio from the previous owner of 10 years. Very little rust due to Ziebart Rustproofing and care. Surface spot on roof over passenger seat and some small spots in front of the passenger rear wheel. A few small, minor paint peels. Air Conditioning needs an expansion valve. Compressor cycles but isn't cooling. Small engine oil leak (external, not burning). New tail lamp fillers to replace original cracked ones, paint is slightly different tone. Extra paint from that job is available for touch-ups. Clock does not work (what 70's GM clock does!?). Vinyl dash is in very good condition, no cracks with one small bubble on front edge. Front bumper trim pulled away from bumper on both sides (See pic). Vinyl top is in good condition with some bubbling underneath at the bottom edge. Previous owner added a non-standard switch to the left of the clock to fully cut power to the HVAC blower. A high-mount brake lamp was added but was improperly wired and caused a rapid-flash on the turn signals. I disconnected the lamp, but left it in place.
