We are pleased to be selling a 2001 model year Suzuki Grand Vitara 4 door 4 wheel drive SUV and this is a one owner well maintained SUV that has always been kept indoors and always been maintained by a professional mechanic. With less than 115,000 original miles .......... this is a good driving SUV that has averaged about 8,250 miles per year since it was new and the original and only owner used it primarily as her tow car behind the RV. It is only being sold because the owner has already sold her RV. Good luck trying to find another 2001 Suzuki Grand Vitara 4 x 4 that has been garage kept. Not very many out there! This one is rust free and all original. We will start the bidding at a single Benjamin Franklin and we will sell it with NO RESERVE to the high bidder. This is a well maintained vehicle in good condition and already set up as a tow car ........ and if it sells for anything less than $5,500.00 ...... it would be a steal and I am not kidding. All original paint and NO ACCIDENTS. Manufactured in May of 2000 and sold as a 2001 model year Suzuki ...... this 4 wheel drive SUV has been professionally set up as a tow car for behind the owners RV and all of the equipment that is needed for that purpose is going with the SUV to the buyer. Please take the time to watch the slide-show to see all of the equipment including the tow-bar, all connectors and the large plastic rock guard that protects the front end of the tow car. If you already owned this Suzuki Grand Vitara and you took it to a competent professional shop to install all of the needed equipment to make this into a tow car ....... you could expect a final bill of about $2,500.00. All of this work has already been done and all of the needed equipment is going to the new owner. Perfect as a reliable and nice daily driver ....... As good as it gets! The Grand Vitara is considered one of the very best vehicles that Suzuki ever made and there are numerous reports and examples of owners getting in excess of 250,000 miles from these models and they are still going strong. Powered by a strong 2.5 litre dual overhead cam V-6 engine that puts out 155 horsepower....... it runs smooth and has plenty of power. This one has new Kumho tires that are less than 1 year old, new battery and all the maintenance is current and up to date. This is a smooth driving SUV with a bright polished exterior and a clean cloth interior that shows very little wear. You would swear this Grand Vitara is 3 or 4 years old at most ........ and not a 2001 model. It is well equipped with interior wood trim, am-fm cd player that sounds great and it has cold AC ....... and everything work's as it should. It really makes a different that this Suzuki has been garage kept. No rust anywhere and this Suzuki has only rarely seen rain and never snow or salt on roads. A true southern California NO RUST SUV! PROBLEMS: Not much too report here ......... From the drivers seat you can roll down the passenger side power front window ....... but not roll it back up........ You can roll it back up using the switch on the passenger side door. A small problem that can be fixed by replacing the switch ....... or it could just be a connection. Either way ..... it is NOT a big problem!...... Everything else works and operates as it should. This is a 2001 model that looks and drives like a much newer model and the new owner can expect many years of safe and problem free driving from this 4 door.... 4 wheel drive SUV. A safe and reliable car that is already set up as a tow car. As good as it gets.
