Up for a limited time auction is this Ohio titled 1930 closed cab Model A Ford pickup with a late 1931 steel top cab and fire wall made by the Budd Wheel Co. for The Ford Motor Company. Closely examine each and every photograph presented here. The cab sits on a 1930 frame and is titled as such. The motor number does not match the title number as the motor has been changed out. This is a complete frame off restoration to original specs. with the exception of the following: As seen in the pictures the bed wood is beautifully finished oak instead of the stock painted bed wood. Also the truck is equipped with turn signals, and flashers, and two taillights for safety. The splash pans, running boards, and fenders are all new steel, and correct for a Model A Ford pick-up. The hood is from another 1930 Ford. The bed is new from Brookville Roadster in Brookville, Ohio. The pristine original looking paint as well as the body work was professionally finished in 2010, and continues to look exceptional today. Only minor scratches can be detected if you look hard enough as well as a couple of minor blisters on the windshield frame. The newly installed interior is manufactured by LeBaron Bonney and compliments the pickup to a “T”! This pickup is mechanically sound with a 1930 engine powering this truly attractive pickup. This pickup has always been garaged with a cover on it when not in use. This baby recently won a very competitive judging award and shown to be in the Top 20 at the Brookville Roadster Car show in Brookville, Ohio. Close to 1,000 cars and trucks of all makes and models attended this recent Annual Open House event. All mechanical features are excellent except for the speedometer that is not working at the moment. Mileage is unknown. You should know that no less than two speedometers will be sold with this truck along with misc parts, manuals and reference materials. This 1930 Closed Cab pickup is also being advertised locally, so I reserve the right to end this auction at an early date.
