Up for auction is my wifes 94 Mazda Miata MX-5 with only 45,727 ONE OWNER miles on it. she purchased the car locally off the showroom floor and it's always been garaged, well maintained and cared for since. Carfax will show two owners, but that's because when she married me in 2006, and her name changed, the title on the car had to reflect her new last name for insurance. this car has always been her baby, and she still loves it, but she now has medical issues that prevent her from enjoying driving any stick shift car. As you can see in the photos the car is in excellent original condition. she had seat covers put on when the car was new and we just took them off so we could photograph the interior and show that nothing is being hidden. the covers (shown laid out on trunk in photo section) will be included in the sale but not reinstalled. She also had a different soft top made for the car during the first year or two of ownership as she didn't like the original vinyl top. the new one is a very nice tan Hartz top with GLASS rear window, as shown in the photos. Paint is all in excellent condition. the only visible ding is in the drivers door. if you look carefully at the photos, I've included a close up of it. it's unusual in that it's dented from the inside out. I can't really explain how that came to be that way other than the door skin must have been pushed in against a pointed internal brace or bracket of some kind. it's not very noticeable but if you look at the reflection in the door, of the photographer, it's below his left elbow. other than that one ding, the body and paint is as near perfect as an original 94' vehicle could ever be. At 6'2" and 220 lb, I can't personally tell you how it drives because I can't fold myself up behind the wheel to drive it, but she says it runs and drives like it did when new, and I believe her. Look the photos over carefully and if you desire other specific photos I'm glad to send them to you.
