2005 dodge 3500 2wd 4 door dually, auto transmission, has always been a good truck with hardly no problems, all highway miles used to haul campers, engine has no blow-by and no leaks anywhere on the truck, no rust ran and drove very good until 2 weeks ago, would not start after sitting for 2 weeks and when jumped started it lost oil pressure, it did idle for about 15 minutes before i noticed it and i shut it down, was told the cummins have a problem with oil pump pickup tubes breaking so i changed oil and filter, put a mechanical oil guage on the filter housing and it does not have any oil pressure. overall condition of the truck (other than engine) is very good, someone with cummins engine experience can have a good truck at a low price, i just have too much money in it to invest any more.
