1963 Pontiac Grand Prix 1963 Pontiac Grand Prix, Red. Originally silver. From what I heard this car was bought silver. Lady did not like it so she took it back to the dealership, so this car is what they call a dealer repaint. The odometer shows 7756. I believe it has gone over once. Original interior. Original spare and jack. Runs well. Original blue-tinted manual windows. Bucket seats and center console with floor shift. Carpet will be need to be replaced but new carpet is included. New tires. Eight lug wheels. 2 door hardtop. Automatic. Not a perfect car but in good condition. Original blinkers and side view mirror. Comes with original 35 mm camera given by Pontiac as a promotional deal in its case. Was given to me. Need to sell it so I can start saving for a house for my family. Great car to fix up! From what I know this car was an original 3 duce carb auto. As far as I know this has the original 389 with the 2 speed trans. This car will need a complete restoration, motor, trans and paint job. This is a beautiful project that once completed will become a great asset to our Pontiac muscle car community. All body panels on this car are original with absolutely no rust. All the stainless and chrome is very close to perfect, bumpers have little dings and chrome fade not bad. Very good driver. Quality. Dashboard and headliner has a few cracks and seams coming loose not bad for 50 years. I have attempted to describe this car to the best of my ability. This is a 50 year old car that would make somebody a very good driver or a perfect candidate for total restoration. The cowl tag reads body BC, paint DDA but remember it was repainted by dealer. It has small places were the painted has chipped but not rusted. All the gauges including the vacuum gauge and the shift selector works great. The car has no a/c as from the factory. The car has no leaks to my knowledge. Again, thanks for the questions.
