64 dart gt. I am selling this car for my long time elderly neighbor. His wife bought this car brand new with a straight 6 in it from the dealer in 1964. She drove it to and from work for over 20 years. It is a gt model. She then gave it to her son who had it up until 3 years ago when he passed away. He did all the work to the car such as putting in the 360 V8 it has headers, 904 automatic, 8.25 rear end with front and rear sway bars, front disk brakes, it has the larger wheel 4.5 bolt pattern,air shocks, ratchet floor shifter, he then had the body work done, rust fixed and the car painted original dark blue. It sat for 3 years but has been taken care of very well.I got it running and it is a very stout good running combination. If you are looking for a 64 dart this one is very hard to beat. The interior needs to be finished, there is new carpet in a box and a headliner, dash pad it needs door panels and seat covers and a few other little things to be nice.engine compartment is dirty and needs to be detailed but it has a newer motor that runs very well. do not know the complete details. very neat little car.
