Video # 1 Video # 2 =   Up for bid is a beautiful example of a 1930 Ford Model A Deluxe Town Sedan. This is the first time this car has been offered for sale in over 40 years. I purchased this car from a long time friend in my Model A Club who owned this car for 40 years and had done a complete body off ground up restoration on this car about 9 years ago. This car was a super nice original car when he got it back then so today it shows better than most quality restorations because of this. He now into his eighties is starting to slim down his collection and because I knew this car I did not want to let it go and put it in my collection. With many cars myself I have been running out of space so I want this car to go to a good home. This car is done in the original Ford Maroon body color with the black top and fenders just as it was back in the day and I also have all the paint that this car was done in and it will go with the car should you ever have to match anything down the road. Talking about paint, this car has a beautiful finish throughout with no cracking or defects and has held up just beautiful and looks very fresh. The wheels are also super and done in the Aurora Red color and the tires are like new all around. The motor and transmission were all done and the entire car mechanically gone through and there is less than 2,900 miles on the restoration and looks and runs like it has 300 miles. The bumpers are all stainless front & back and there is a recent stone guard added and you have the correct motor-meter with the accessory wings as well. There is a Ford Script wind-up rear view clock mirror as well in the car and a very nice deluxe luggage rack on the rear as well with the extended bracket to fit behind the spare that if one wanted could remove it. The top and interior is all LeBarron Boney and the interior is done in the Bedford Cord and is correct for judging. There is the three rear shades as well in the back and all the wood graining was done by one of our founding members, Al Link before he passed away and is of the highest level of quality in the industry. The car drives and steers nice and easy and is a pleasure to drive and will give the next owner many years of fun and enjoyment and could be shown at any high level show and or tour across the State or across the Country. A beautiful older restoration still very fresh inside & out priced very reasonable, under twenty thousand.
