This is a 1 owner truck. I am the original owner since the truck was purchased new, in November 2001. The engine and general maintenance has been cared for meticulously during this time. The truck has NEVER towed a trailer. There has NEVER been a chip or programmer applied to the engine. This truck has not been abused, and it's condition is evident of that. I have done regular oil analyses of the engine oil ,during the entire time I've owned it. I have used the oil analysis results to judge the health of the engine, and determine the best interval to change the oil. My oil analysis reports continuously show an extremely healthy engine, and that filtering is above average compared to other engines of the same model and similar mileage. There is extensive filtration being used for the engine oil. An AMSOIL remote bypass is installed. I am currently using the largest bypass filter AMSOIL makes. The bypass filter alone holds 1 quart of oil. I also use Neodymium magnets on the main oil filter and the bypass unit. These magnets have become common in recent years, and are proven to increase filtering efficiency.
