Up for sale is a very clean LOS built 1968 Camaro RS. This Camaro was built in the first week of June in 1968 in paint code Z-Z British racing green and code 712 black standard interior. I believe this car was originally a RS 327 A/C powerglide car with a 10 bolt rearend. The floorboards, trunk pan, rear framerails, and shock towers all seam to be original metal and in very good shape. The only spots of rust i've seen on the floorboards is on the drivers side in front of the seat bracket. I've included and pic of the spots. The rear quarter panels still have the factory stamping at the top by the trunk ensuring factory metal. I'm not sure if the engine runs or even turns over freely. There are some stamping on the deck of 19L769067 and VO829CKD. I'm not sure if the engine is a 327 or a 350. I purchased this car as a project and had no intentions of using the engine or tranny. I wanted a clean solid as much as possible rust free car as I could find. I didn't wanted to buy one that needed extensive body and sheetmetal work. I'm selling this car because I came across an opportunity to buy a 68 L78 original all numbers matching car and I bought it. I won't be having as much time to put toward this project anymore.
