Up for sale is a 1964 Corvair Monza Convertible. 110HP 164 CI engine, 4 speed trans. Engine rebuilt by: Norm King Garage 9/15/2008. Complete rebuild have receipt. Transaxle rebult: Handy Car Care 7/28/2011. Complete rebuild, have redeipt. Things that have been replaced: New padded dash New ignition switch Spark plug wires and the best tune up kit from Clark's Covair parts Pillar weather rubber set Door weather rubber set New carpet. Bucket seats recovered Window fuzzies replaced Nylon shift bushing New shifter boot New shifter knob New defroster hoses New bucket seat upholstery New gas pedal New dual master cylinder installed New U-joints New rear wheel bearings installed New convertible top cylinders, not installed Needs top motor, could use a paint job, good 10 footer. Will need a new top down the road. This car drives like it should, all lights work, turn signals brake lights and back up lights work. Brand new horns that work real loud. Radio fires up but the speaker cones are all shot, took them out in anticipation of having the radio changed over to AM/FM and new stereo speakers installed at a later date. I have receipts for everything that has been done to this car. Absolutely no tire kickers. The car is for sale locally and will sell to whomever comes up with the cash.
