THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION. LOTS OF PICS! VIDEOS! BIDDING STARTS AT $100. Here I have a 1958 Plymouth Suburban 2-door station wagon for sale. This is a clean and rare project car. I do sell many buy and sell many rare Mopar vehicles, but this is not one I'd ever planned on selling. Unfortunately life gets in the way sometimes, as I'm sure many of you can understand. The car has 84,125 original miles on it. It's last state inspection sticker dates to 1967, and I very much believe that is the last time this car was on the road. This is an original red car in mostly original paint. This is an LP1 model, i.e. Plaza trim level. The car is very, very complete. It is all there except for the gas cap. Condition is very good for one of these. If you are looking to do a restoration or build a rod, surfmobile or Christine wagon, I do not think you will find a nicer one to start with... 4-door yes; 2-door, no. The patina is not fantastic at first glance, but upon inspection, the body is very straight and very solid - particularly for a finned Plymouth. The car does have isolated rust issues; the fender eyebrows are rotten as usual, as are portions of both rockers. One section of the passenger rear quarter and the tailgate also will need some attention. Otherwise the car is very, very solid - the floors are good, the trunk well perfect, doors are good, as is the cowl, the firewall, inner fenders, hood, wheel lips, fender doglegs, wheel houses, etc. Most of the rust that you can see is surface rust, and not rot. The glass is excellent all the way around. Windows all work. Grill is very straight. Fender spears are amazing. Interior needs to be redone but is clean and complete, with nothing to hunt down. Headliner boards all in place and good. Scripts are very good. The car does not run or drive. I did put plugs in it and some wires off the shelf, and it does turn over and spark, but I have not had it running yet. I have a Colorado title for the car that has been properly signed and dated by the person whose name is on it. I also have a copy of the previous title dating back to 1963. Over 100 detailed photographs of this wagon can be seen by clicking HERE. A nine-minute walkaround video of the wagon can be seen HERE. A five-minute video showing the clean underside of the car is HERE. ************ TERMS OF SALE - READ CAREFULLY: 1. A $500 deposit is due via paypal within 24 hours of your winning bid. 2.
