Vehicle Detail
I am selling my beautiful, classic 1972 Mercedes Benz 250, 4 door, 2.8 Liter Engine, Dual Carburetor, with automatic transmission. The W114 models were the first post-war Mercedes-Benz production car to use a newly engineered chassis This Benze drives great and shifts considerably well. There is minor wear - about as much as you’d expect from a 42 year old car, that’ been driven, but well maintained. Mileage on the working odometer is registered at 47K, which isn’t surprising once you see the condition of the car.Carburetor - cleaned and revampedNew brake padsOriginal spare tire from Spain rests in the trunkExterior:The car has no rust or chips on the body. The phantom gray paint and chrome still shines and maintains its rich, charcoal color. There’s about a dime size ding in the front chrome bumper (pictured) Rubber seals around the door are showing some age. The trunk seal was just replaced and looks like new. Interior: The interior is in excellent condition as well. The back 6 inches of the headliner could use some attention, an easy fix. You’ll notice the little things in this classic that really add the the interior experience, like one of my personal favorites - the quarter-windows in the front doors. The AC is currently disconnected (belt removed, but included) and needs to be charged. Original MBTex Black interiorOriginal Becker radioNo cracks in the dashWipers and the original German horn all are functioningClean carpets, no major stainsNo odor!
