******************** I am selling my 1966 Pontiac GTO Tribute ..........originally a Lemans ............ *************** ************** The car started out as Turquoise Lemans 326 CI 4 Speed ****************** ********* I bought this car 8 years ago as a project car ... The previous owner had replaced the quarter panels , floor , trunk , doors , and tail panel ********** * Most all body parts are new with Goodmark Metal .He had the frame removed and blasted and painted chassis black I bought it as a roller , apart , but a complete car with 65k miles on it !!!! * ***** I had the original 326 CI motor , but I bought a 455 CI . The 326 had been sitting for many years . The 455 was a good strong motor ..but I still had it completely rebuilt, along with the heads .... I spent approximately $4500.00 for motor rebuild , head and valves , carb , headers and all parts . It runs PERFECT with a lot of power ..Approximately 455 HP !!! ******** ************** The trans is a Muncie M -20 ......... Fresh rebuilt and new clutch and fly wheel .........****************** ************ The rear end is a 10 Bolt 355 gear Posi ..........also rebuilt . *********************** ************ We added power disc brakes to the front and rebuilt the rear drums . ************ ************************ All new front suspension ......power steering ...fuel lines .... brake lines and dual exhaust *********************** ******** The body is painted 1966 GM Blue Base Coat Clear Coat ... All new bumpers , grill , emblems , stainless trim , wheel openings , rocker panels and trim !!! ********** ************ The interior is One of A Kind ... 1966 GTO Reproduction from Legendary but done in 1966 Chevelle Medium Blue to match the body paint ..It looks great !!! *********** ************** The top is also new with new pump and lines !! ************* *********** The windshield is new ... All other glass is original and very nice !! ****************** ********** The car comes with polished 17x8 American Racing TTO Wheels and 245-45-17 Tires ...but I also have a set of 14'' Rally II's ... I could put on the car with new 225-75-14 Tires and more negotiable ..... *********** ******************** I know I forgot to list a lot of things about the car .
