Only -36- 1970 Plymouth Barracuda convertibles were built with the N-code 383 HP (Super Commando) engine with an automatic transmission, only 1 of those came with front & rear "Elastomeric bumpers". This is that one!! It is all numbers matching & includes 2 original build sheets. This car was featured in the October 2009 issue of Mopar Action magazine (see pictures). It was ordered with nearly every available option- cruise control, pwr. windows, pwr. steering, pwr. front disc brakes, handling package, AM 8-track, rally gauges w/tach., dual outside mirrors, 383 H.P., 727 torqueflite, rally wheels, luggage rack, front & rear elastomeric bumpers & I'm probably forgetting something. It is a very good driver/weekend show car that presents itself very well. The car originally had a black top & tan interior, also the 'cuda hood & chrome exhaust tips were added. I wouldn't hesitate to take it on a roadtrip. It has had a new trunk floor & rear 1/4'ers but the rest of the car is very solid.
