1969 Olds cutlass S Restored as a 1969 HO455 clone. I bought this 1969 cutlass years ago for our daughter and son in law so we all could go to shows and club meeting together. Due to my health I can not go so they told me to sell it for them. I had the car restored for them and it was just finished June16 this year (2014).' The car was restored with the body on the car. The front fenders, doors, hood, trunk lid, core support, headlights, radiator, front and rear coil springs, front upper and lower A frames, engine and transmission all of these items were removed from the car. I bought a olds 455 engine for it and had it rebuilt by a engine rebuilding shop I have been using since 1969. The car has been restored to enjoy driving it and not to be towed on a trailer to a car show. This car could win a local car show.The buy it now price is $22,500 or you can make a offer. The car will be sold on ebay only. ENGINE The engine was completely rebuilt, The heads are J heads and were rebuilt. It has new main bearings, upper bearings. Has new timing chain, new lifters, new rings, new valves, new water pump, new fuel pump, new oil pump, spark plugs, spark plug wires. Rebuilt alternator. It has electronic ignition. It has a high rise intake manifold. It has a rebuilt Quadrajet carburetor, Two new engine mounts, new chrome air filter and two new valve covers. It has aluminum mickey Thomson valve covers. It has new oil pressure gauge and a new temp. switch. It has a new a/c belt, a new power steering belt, a new Alt. belt. RADIATOR It has a new three core aluminum radiator, new radiator cap, new upper and lower radiator hoses. Two new heater hoses, new heater core. Two gallons of antifreeze. AIR CONDITIONER The air conditioner has a rebuilt air compressor and clutch , new poa valve, new a/c hoses, new dryer filter, new expansion valve, new R134a refrigerant and it blows cold air, new a/c heater blower motor. The a/c and heater work great. TRANSMISSION The transmission has a new rubber mount and has been rebuilt at a transmission shop and has all new seals in it and new transmission fluid. POWER BRAKES The brakes has new a power brake unit and a new master cylinder, new brake fluid, new brakes shoes and new wheel cylinders on all four wheels. It has two front rubber brake hoses and one rear rubber brake hose on the rear axel. INTERIOR and WINDSHIELD The inside of the car has a new headliner, new front bucket seat covers and new rear seat covers, new package tray, has a sports steering wheel. New front tinted windshield, new window shield wiper motor and a new windshield wiper washer pump on it, two new wiper blades, new carpet. The door panels are the ones that came on the car when it was new and are still in real good condition, It has a new dash pad, wood grain on the dash and glove box door. It has the ho455 glove box emblem, it has a new glove box liner. It has gold strip on the head rest. It has two new arm rest pads on the inside door panels. The drivers door has the G M and tire pressure decals. It has the original owners manual in the glove box. TRUNK The trunk has new jack and storing decals and the trunk carpet. Trunk lid and two front fenders have the HO Hurst emblems on them. The jack and other parts have been painted. BUMPERS The car has a new rear 442 bumper with the cut outs for the tail pipes. The front bumper has been re-chromed. SEAT BELTS It has all five sets of seat belts with two sets of the overhead front shoulder belts. PAINT It has very good paint. The paint is a nine to a nine and one half out of a 10. The car was painted by a paint shop that paints show cars. COIL SPRINGS AND SHOCKS ABSORBER The car has two new front and two new rear coil springs and two front shock absorbers and two new rear shock absorbers GAS TANK AND FUEL SENSOR IN THE GAS TANK It has a new gas tank and fuel sensor in the gas tank. ANTENNA AND RADIO New radio antenna but the radio does not work. Tires and Wheels It has five new B F Goodrich RA TA Radial tires 225x60 14 inch wheels. Five SSII wheels with five chrome trim rings with twenty five chrome inter trim inserts. It has twenty new chrome lug nuts. As you can see, I had the car gone through and checked out and what needed to be replaced was replaced. The car looks great and could win a car show in a local show.
