This vehicle unfortunately is not running. We have taken it to two mechanics and their diagnosis has been vague due to our unwillingness to spend any more money on it based on the age of the vehicle. The vehicle was running fine until it wasn't used for approximately 1 month. After it sat it would not run. Starter works, Transmission is fine, electrical is fine. The issue is assumed to be in the block of the engine. Due to its age, we have decided to try and sell it before calling the scrapyard. The car is in good condition and would make a great car for the Michigan winters for someone willing to invest the time and resources to get it running again. The A/C is in good working order and the compressor was recently replaced. The shocks and struts were replaced along with the left wheel hub assembly. New tires also!! This is painful to write actually all of the repairs. Water pump and belts were replaced also. Transmission fluid was recently changed and the a new battery was just installed earlier this year. Please see all of the repairs on the attached list. The auction is short (3 day) and the winning bidder must coordinate its pick up/tow from our apartment complex a few days after the auction is over. Local pick up ONLY we will not ship it.
