We purchased this vehicle from a bank as a repossession and it is in need of body and light mechanical repair. This Liberty has body damage to the following areas. Dent on the left front fender along with fender flare missing, light damage to left front door, left rear view mirror glass missing, right front door molding loose, right rear door molding missing, 12 inch scratch with light crease on the hood, small crack on the grill and paint peeling on wheels. All damage is light and only on the panels listed. All other body panels are in good condition. The vehicle starts, runs, and is drivable. The engine does occasionally develop a light miss at idle. It usually goes away when you rev the engine up. We have not had it proffesionally diagnose but can not foresee it being anything serious. Probably just needs a tune up. The interior is excessively dirty. It has multiple burns and stains. The interior will clean up but it will take some work and time. This vehicle could go either way, you could spend a little time and money on it and have cheap 4x4 SUV transportation. Or.... you could do nothing and make it your cheap off-road toy. We'll leave that up to the buyer. The Jeep Liberty is one of the more popular SUV's on the road today. Kelly Blue Book Retail is over $7,000.
