NO RESERVE: 1967 Ford Mustang Coupe, Factory V8 C-Code. CHECK OUT THE TWO VIDEOS BELOW. Please read the complete description to get a full understanding. We are a Mustang specialty shop that restores and builds custom Mustangs for clients all over the world. We came across this 1967 Mustang during our normal searches; she is a southern car from New Mexico and Northern Texas. This 1967 Coupe is a factory C-Code 289, she has her 289 V8 with an upgraded 4bbl Edelbrock Intake and 4bbl Holly Carburator with Cobra Air Cleaner. Options include Power Steering, Power Brakes with Front Disc. This is a factory AC car, but is missing her AC items under the hood, original Vents and Controls are in place. We did not build or restore this car, however in our searches we sometimes come across cars that we feel are good cars with maybe a few modifications or repairs completed. This car has older paint work then the rest of the upgrades. We found that the suspension system has been redone and with many new items such as upper A-Arms, lower control arms, bushings and tie-rods. She has a complete New Exhaust (Flowmaster Mufflers) system. We were told the engine and transmission has had a complete rebuild; after our inspection...we feel the claim is accurate. She fires right up even after sitting, shifts smoothly with good power and brakes work great. I was also told that during the interior being redone, the owner wanted an upgraded feel from the average reproduction items and spent extra money having better seat covers, seat foam, better carpet kit and a better headliner installed. The material used could be confused with real leather and without knowing 100%, I dont know if it is; lets just say better then average material. The rocker mouldings, bumpers, rear bumper guards all look great and new. When we had the car in the air, we noticed that the floor had a couple patches that had been professionaly completed, cut correctly and replaced with correct metal. After driving the car and realy getting a good personal opionon, I feel this is a great car that shows to be reliable, safe for what it is and with the right options to drive daily. The paint has some small cracks as most older paint work does and maybe a few chrome items need replaced like the turn signal handle and maybe look at adding factory AC in the car, but this would make a car you can enjoy now without paying the just restored price.
