Up for sale is a 1991 Geo Metro LSi convertible. This car is in great working condition and has been my commuter (40+ miles) every day for the past 6 months. The Good:SERVICE RECORDS SINCE NEWCurrently registered and smogged thru Feb 2015Runs perfectly, will easily pass smog again with flying colorsNewer convertible topFront brake pads replaced (2013)New tires (2012)New muffler (2012)New battery, radiator, and transmission service (2011)EVERYTHING works as it should (manual windows, locks, no A/C-- nothing to go wrong)Paint is in good conditionInterior is clean (seats are a little worn and have covers)Only 107,XXX miles (not a lot for these cars)40+ mpg on every tank ($18 fills it up) The Bad:Some damage to right rear quarter panel and bumpers-- the car was hit in the rear before I got it (see pictures)Bumpers are pretty beat up from 20+ years of life in the cityRear shocks and struts need replaced-- sometimes squeaks when going around corners or rough roads (depends a lot on if it is hot/cold/raining). Sometimes makes no noise at all. I had been meaning to replace these, but the car is fine to drive without, and I haven't gotten around to it. This has been a great little commuter car for me but I need something bigger. I will be sad to see it go. It will make a perfect commuter for anyone looking for something cheap and reliable. I would not hesitate to pick this car up and drive it anywhere!
