This 1968 Honda Dream was kept in storage for 32 years.I bought it from a friend two years ago. I acidized and epoxy coated the inside of the fuel tank. rebuilt the petcock and carb. added new snorkel tube and filter. replaced the battery,had an upholstery shop recover the seat. the foam was in excellent shape.I ran on the original tires for a short time,but lost my nerve and bought new tires.(go to you tube and search )1968 Honda dream I have posted a video under petersrobertg this shows the bike running today 5/22/2014(or on you tube search )1968 Honda dream walk around i replaced the rectifier but get no charge to the battery, however when the battery gets low the bike still runs with the kick start and headlight stays strong. so the stater is working fine, maybe i have a wire off. I have been putting a charge to it every month or so. The bike is not restored and there are a few dents. and a crack in the rear fender. I will sell it as is, or if you want the crack welded I have a mig and will weld it. but will only take it to primer stage. some people prefer original condition. see photos the speedometer has the outer cable but not the inner. it reads 16k miles it has a clean title and is licensed in az BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING.
